Lush Cosmetics Cranberry Festive Face Mask

I especially enjoy using face masks to improve the appearance of my skin.  Whether I am trying to target acne or dry patches I find face masks worth investing my time.  This year LA has experienced some significantly windy evenings, and  so towards the end of the day I’ve noticed my skin appears dull and lackluster. For the past few days I’ve been testing out Lush Cosmetics Cranberry Festive Face Mask in an attempts to counter the effects of the climate.

The Cranberry Festive Face Mask’s jar contains 2.10 oz of product and retails for $8.95.  Remember this mask must be stored in the refrigerator and will create the most wonderful cooling experience when it’s applied.  This is a straight forward face mask since you simply apply the mask on a clean damp face for 5 to 10 minutes avoiding the eye area.  Beware this is an all natural product, so it does have a significantly short shelf life.  Although it may appear small, the jar does have enough for four applications.

The Cranberry mask is a clay based mask and so it does give you the stiff dry feeling.

Below is a list of the fresh ingredients found in the Fresh Cosmetics Cranberry Festive Face Mask.

Overall, I love that this is a quick 5 minute treatment that leaves my skin appearing brighter.  As a person with dry skin this does not dry out my skin but it also doesn’t leave it feeling moisturized.  I would agree it does leave my skin soft to the touch and radiant.  I am someone with sensitive skin and did not experience any irritation.

I think the Lush Cosmetics Cranberry Festive Face Mask is a wonderful option to consider if you are in need of a skin brightening mask, but wouldn’t say this is a holy grail.  I would definitely continue to repurchase this item and use it in conjunction with a hydrating mask.
