May Empties 2015

There’s nothing more gratifying than finishing your beauty products.  This passed month flew by in ways that are simply unimaginable.  With what seemed to be the shortest month of the year, I was only able to go through a few products.  Below I have  gathered the items I’ve finished up for the month of May that really stood out.

1. Burt’s Bees Sensitive Facial towelettes

Burt's Bees

These facial cleansing towelettes retail for $4.79 and can be purchased at your local drugstore or nearest Target.  When it comes to facial wipes I love that these have a plastic cover.  Unlike packets that only have a sticker to seal its contents, rest assure these wipes will stay moist until the very last one.  The packet contains 30 wipes and can be used to remove oil, dirt and makeup.  Personally, these wipes were not the best when removing eye makeup because it caused a slight irritation.  (But that might not be the case for you).

2. bliss: triple oxygen instant energizing eye mask

These miraculous eye masks retail for $54.oo and contain 4 sets.  That’s a whopping $13.50 each time you want to feel and look fabulous.  I personally like to chill each mask and then apply them for 15 minutes.  After the entire process, your eyes appear hydrated and de-puffy, creating the perfect canvas for any make up look.  I can honestly say nothing against this product, other than the price tag.

3.No7 Lash and Brow Perfector

Boots-Lash and Brow_Perfector

The No7 Lash & Brown Perfector retails for $7.59 and can be purchased at your local Target.  During the last two months I was on a mission to grow out my eyebrows.  So I bought this clear gel to keep the fur at bay.  Unfortunately, these did not hold my eyebrows in place.

4.tarte: Lights, cameras Flashes

Tarte’s  lights, cameras Flashes mascara retails for $23.00.  It provides you with beautiful lashes, but I found mine dried fast.

I would repurchase this item.
