The Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask by Elizavecca is a Korean beauty facial mask everyone should try at least once. Although it appears gimmicky with an adorable cartoon piggy in pink the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask really does clean and tighten pores.
The Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask contains approximately 3.5 oz. of product (100 g.) . The packaging is in Korean but can be purchased if you are in the States from MEMEBOX for $11.00 or Amazon.
Upon opening the Missy Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask you will see a plastic spoon and plastic seal. I recommend not throwing away these items because the mask’s cap is useless and the mask will dry out.
The spoon is also great for scooping out the right amount of thick product and evenly applying the mask on your face and neck.
The mask has a consistency of a thick mouse. It is cool to the touch and smells of a combination clay mask / synthetic floral. If you are sensitive to scents, this may not be the mask for you, but I personally don’t find the scent offensive.
It has the following active ingredients: green tea extract, aloe vera leaf extract, matcha powder, charcoal powder, pomegranate extract, fermented soy extract, allantoin, peony root extract, oregano leaf extract, white willow peel extract portulaca extract and cinnamon extract.
The mask is very easy to use. After covering the affected area the mask quickly begins to bubble.
It is important not to over apply the product to achieve the full benefits of the mask. After five minutes the mask’s consistency will fully transform into foam. During this time you will feel the mask bubble on your face. Some might feel tingling or tickling. I found the bubbles tickle the most around the area around my nose. People who are hyper ticklish might find this mask uncomfortable; I did not.
Once five minutes have passed it is time to wash the mask off. Upon adding water you can see the mask transforms into a creamy cleanser.
Overall I was highly satisfied with the cleansing results I received while using the Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. Having clogged pores in my T-zone I found the mask did a great job at removing dirt and oil without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. After using the mask for two weeks, I did notice smoother, clearer skin. I would only recommend this for someone who has blackheads or visible clogged pores and not someone with blemishes or cystic acne.
