There’s no way I can deny my recent infatuation for the beauty community. Although I had a prior commitment, I could not resist attending this year’s PHAMExpo, even if it meant for a few minutes.
The convention took place at the Pasadena Convention Center on June 27th from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday June 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For those who have never attended, PHAMExpo is a convention open to the public where you are able to purchase items and receive classes. . . so imagine a super mega Warehouse Sale for both beauty and hair care products.
This being my first time, a state of excitement was an understatement.
I love that PHAMExpo has something for everyone, whether you are a professional MUA, a young entrepreneur, a YouTube fan, or every day woman. Regardless, PHAMExpo has the product, class or panel for you !
First and foremost, PHAMExpo has a similar layout to IMATS, Pasadena.
From experience, it becomes very easy to feel overwhelmed at these conventions. PHAMExpo has graciously created an app to assist in your overall experience.
The event has 3 stages throughout the two days, Main Stage, Master Classes and Focus Stage. So if you plan on attending I definitely recommend checking out the schedules.

Even if the shopping or the educational panels don’t interest you, simply being in an artistic environment is wonderful. While shopping, you have the pleasure of viewing the beautiful works of art.
I had a blast while at PHAMExpo and look forward to next year.
