Clinique’s “Take the Day Off” Cleansing Balm

We’ve all had that moment at night where we have to make a crucial decision; take off our makeup or go to sleep.  Yes makeup is beautiful but can be dreadful to remove.  Regardless, the act of removing one’s makeup is essential in achieving healthy skin.  Further emphasizing the importance of finding a makeup remover that suites your needs.

I was pleased to have found Clinique’s “Take the Day Off” Cleansing balm because it quickly removes makeup without the need of using a lot product or causing irritation.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

“Take the Day Off” is quick and easy to use.  Simply massage a small dime size amount of product onto the skin.  I love seeing the solid balm transforming into a silky, hydrating oil.  I would recommend using a small amount of product to avoid oil dripping from your face.  Once the makeup is dissolved, wipe away any excess product and rinse.

As you can see in the image above, “Take the Day Off” is amazing!  Most people don’t realize how important it is to use a makeup remover that is quick and efficient.  Since the skin around your eyes and face is sensitive, it’s important not to tug or rub your skin in a harsh, unnecessary manner.  Yes, it’s nice to save money by purchasing other makeup removers, but I’ll be the first to admit they result in leaving my face red from all the additional work.
